1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LinksLineup, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of service

LinksLineup is a golf pool platform where users can create pools for PGA Tour events, invite friends, select golfers, and track live leaderboards. The service is provided “as is” and is intended for entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LinksLineup. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users in jurisdictions where participation in entry-fee pools is prohibited by law are responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws.

4. User accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You must not create accounts for others without their consent.

5. Entry fees and payments

LinksLineup is a software tool. We do not collect entry fees, hold funds, or distribute winnings. Any financial arrangements between pool participants — including entry fees and prize payouts — are made privately and independently (e.g. via Venmo, cash, or any other method agreed upon by the group).

LinksLineup has no involvement in and accepts no responsibility for any financial transactions between participants. Pool commissioners are solely responsible for managing any money within their group.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Score data

Live scores are sourced from third-party golf data providers. LinksLineup makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of score data. Leaderboard standings are for entertainment purposes and may differ from official tournament results.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

LinksLineup is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinksLineup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
